Recognition

imageNetwork marketing excels at recognizing top performers. It’s taught that “People will work harder for recognition than for a pay check”. It’s often true. Enterprising couples and social entrepreneurs can sacrificially give for decades with little or no recognition – especially by their family and peers.

Although altruism is admired as a moral characteristic, and those who embody it are respected, we are generally more interested in our own troubles than we are generous at recognizing others for their services and contributions.

Angelina has been twice awarded by the Small Business Administration as a “Champion-of-the-Year” for our work with MOMtrepreneurs. She’s been on television all across the country. I bicycled across America three times to bring recognition to 'over-coming women-in-business’. I put in the miles to help bring awareness to celebrate the positive outcomes of micro-enterprising people.

The need for recognition continues to shout at us. We practice edification and recognition at home and in the marketplace, but we keep running into wonderful people that have given, and given, and given for decades – without so much as a ‘word’ of gratitude from peers. So, we decided to do something about it.

Someone you know deserves credit for their contributions, service, and sacrifice. You can nominate them!

Don’t be shy. If it’s you, then share your story! Tell us about your cause and passion because we want to give… and give…
