Network marketing excels at recognizing top performers. It’s taught that “People will work harder for recognition than for a pay check”. It’s often true. Enterprising couples and social entrepreneurs can sacrificially give for decades with little or no recognition – especially by their family and peers.

Although altruism is admired as a moral characteristic, and those who embody it are respected, we are generally more interested in our own troubles than we are generous at recognizing others for their services and contributions.

We practice edification and recognition at home and in the marketplace, but we keep running into wonderful people that have given, and given, and given for decades – without so much as a ‘word’ of gratitude from peers. So, we decided to do something about it.
