What’s to learn from an old stool?
There’s a lot to learn about business success from an old milk stool. Like an enduring business, it’s got three legs. They’re typically labeled; production, marketing and finance.
The ‘solo’ entrepreneur that makes it big is simply a story – one that isn’t true. It’s an urban legend, or a myth of the west. Fact is, even with all the effort of qualifying for an SBA loan, 56% of the recipients are out of business by year four, and they still owe the money! [1]
Consider that not a single known brand; Microsoft, Dell, Sears & Roebuck, Disneyland, etc. was started by a single entrepreneur. Coincidence?
